Hi I’m Emily Brown!
Born and raised in Huntington Beach, I decided to move to the incredible community of Encinitas in San Diego in 2021.
I initially began my career in marketing and quickly advanced to Marketing Director within a year at a financial planning company. After realizing my true passions lay in what I had always loved, storytelling, specifically with photography and videography, I made the decision to fully pursue my dreams.
My journey began with an incredible opportunity photographing a race team for the Baja 400, and later the Baja 1000. I was immediately hooked and encouraged by the community around me. That experience led me to work with the Hard Enduro Series, capturing photos of their western U.S. races and collaborating with their media team to provide full event coverage.
From there, I took my first steps into production, working initially on a project for New Balance, which led to further opportunities, including production work with Kawasaki. Last year, I worked as a Social Media Content Producer for the primary production company supporting Kawasaki’s product lines. Now, I continue to learn and grow as a producer, with opportunities as director of photography (DP), assistant director (AD), assistant camera (AC), photographer, and more.
I genuinely love what I do. Putting my heart and hard work into every project. And when I'm not working on a project, you can find me surfing, snowboarding, rock climbing, hiking, swimming, dirt biking, mountain biking, running, (just to name a few!). Really, any adventure. And of course, I usually still have my camera in hand! If you're looking to get outside and explore, let's connect!
This is truly what I love, and I'm always moving forward and growing in this field. Telling stories is my passion, and I can't wait to tell yours.
